Get It Straight Orthodontics in Rochester and Pittsford NY is Hosting a Halloween Candy Buy Back Program for their Orthodontic Patients to Benefit Operation Gratitude
On Tues Nov 1st, Dr. Terry Giangreco, Dr. Janis Preston, and Dr. Suzanne Cassata at Get It Straight Orthodontics are joining orthodontists and dentist across the country in support of our troops and their families during the Halloween season.

PITTSFORD, NY, October 30, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Orthodontists Dr. Terry Giangreco, Dr. Janis Preston, and Dr Suzanne Cassata at Get it Straight Orthodontics is changing the face of Halloween by teaming up with Operation Gratitude to help fill care packages sent to individually named troops deployed overseas, to their children left behind, and to wounded warriors in military hospitals and transition units.

The media is invited to join the team at Get it Straight Orthodontics as they host a Halloween Candy Buy Back on Tuesday November 1, 2011 between 9am - 5pm at their Pittsford location at 750 Pittsford Victor Rd Pittsford, NY and their Greece location at 3208 Latta Rd Rochester, NY.

Get it Straight Orthodontics will be buying back all new wrapped candy for $2 per pound, up to 5 pounds. On Wednesday November 2nd - Friday November 4th, they will be buying back candy for $1 per pound. The candy collected will be shipped to Operation Gratitude a 501(c)(3) non-profit, volunteer-based organization). Operation Gratitude will put the donated candy in their care packages that they send to our troops over the holidays.

"Halloween is a time where breakage of orthodontic appliances is common when kids Trick or Treat for candy they shouldn't eat while wearing braces." commented Dr. Giangreco. "Our candy buyback program discourages patients from eating the candy while providing resources for Operation Gratitude. It also teaches children the rewards of random acts of kindness and generosity."
